Domestic Shipping

We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order.

  • Shipping Time: Once processed, orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days depending on the carrier and destination.

  • Shipping Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

  • Flat Rate & Free Shipping: We offer flat-rate standard shipping, and orders over $75 qualify for free U.S. shipping.

  • Shipping Carriers: Orders are shipped via USPS and UPS.

Important: We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for delivery issues.

Order Cancellations:

  • If you place an order and wish to cancel it before processing, we will gladly issue a refund.

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

  • Shipping Fee: A flat rate of $10 applies to all international orders.

  • Carriers Used: All international orders ship via USPS or UPS International Standard.

  • Fees are determined by your local government, and we will not issue refunds if you refuse to pay customs charges.

Return Window

  • You have 7 days from the receipt of merchandise to initiate a return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Used products

  • Altered or installed hair extensions

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, email us at info@flawlessblendshair.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Depending on the issue, we may provide a return shipping label.

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Returns can be issued as store credit or an exchange (if the product is available).

  • Full refunds will only be granted if the issue is deemed a fault of our own (e.g., incorrect item sent, defective product).

Processing Time
